We had a wonderful retreat surrounded by beautiful nature and great hiking trails. the large bathroom in our room was a real comfort, complemented by an excellent outdoor and indoor onsen. We had a room with a stunning view, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. We could easily access the area's attractions. the lobby view was impressive, reflecting the modern, renovated vibe of the place.
Although the room's decor was slightly outdated, the surroundings and service more than made up for it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were outstanding with separate onsen for men and women, both indoor and outdoor. The onsen was open till late, which was really great. Moreover, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my whole stay. Lastly, the breakfast was incredible and surely the best meal I have had in this city.
Nothing is perfect.

The location of the hotel was very accessible by bus and the staff was friendly. We had a wonderful view of the lush green garden and forest from our room. the onsen was very nice, with both indoor and outdoor options. It was great to have the flexibility to use it until late at night or even in the morning. the breakfast was delicious and definitely one of the best meals during our trip.
the check-in was disorganized which caused unnecessary stress.

Had a relaxing stay in a lush green forest, with very clean and well-maintained rooms. The onsen was a great experience, with both indoor and outdoor hot springs. Staff was friendly and helpful, always showing us around and making our experience more enjoyable. Great location for a peaceful and quiet getaway with easy access by car.
The building seems a bit outdated and can be noisy at times with echoes of voices in the corridors. Check-in was disorganized, and the staff was not proactive about accommodating requests.
